The Observatory, part of The Bull Group, is a Sky Bar & Restaurant on the 53rd floor of Wardian in Canary Wharf. We’re looking for a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, maintain high cocktail and service standards, and build strong relationships with our resident community.
You’ll shape drinks, manage events with the dedicated team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a venue that feels like a private club for residents and their guests.
