Role Purpose

Lead, coach and support the Spa & Wellbeing team to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the operations. Residents satisfaction is paramount with a strong emphasis on creating memorable experience through friendly, efficient and genuine service. Be the main point of contact for residents and collect first hand feedback to ensure we always improve on our offerings and services.
