We are looking for a passionate dedicated and service-oriented Night Receptionist to join our Front Office this role you will be a fundamental member of the Night team in the hotel working with the Front Office Kitchen Bars Room Service and Security to ensure our guests feel cared for during the night.

As Night Receptionist you will:

• Be our guests main point of contact overnight
• Be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Process payments
• Respond to guest requests and queries
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• to name a few!
