Senior Receptionist

We are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join the Rapport team with our exciting new client.

In this role, you'll be the face of the front-of-house experience, leading a small team and setting the standard for exceptional service. You'll take ownership of the reception operation, support one team member day-to-day, and make sure every guest interaction feels seamless, polished and genuinely welcoming.

From coordinating meeting spaces to staying one step ahead of guest needs, you'll keep the workplace running smoothly while creating an environment where clients and colleagues feel supported and valued. Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent

Hours:40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)
