MR PORTER is set in the iconic Park Lane Hilton Hotel in Mayfair.

Our Receptionists are hardworking dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUPs high standards. Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.

• Delivered exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

• Oversee the reservation system and ensure optimal table management.

• Handle guest inquiries special requests and feedback with professionalism.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-end dining environment.

• Must be able to fully communicate in English

• Ability to work with Office 365

• Living in London (flexible with commuting)

• You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
