We are looking for an organised, commercially minded and experienced Sales & Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the hotel’s Sales & Reservations function. Alongside managing reservations and enquiries, you will help coordinate daily priorities, maintain standards, support colleagues and ensure key actions are completed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Front Office and other hotel teams to ensure bookings are managed effectively, commercial opportunities are followed up and potential issues are identified before they impact the guest or the operation.

• Coordinate the daily Sales & Reservations workload and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage and quality-check individual, corporate and group reservations, including rates, payments, routing and booking details.
• Monitor arrivals, cancellations, no-shows, payment failures and inventory, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Act as an escalation point for more complex guest, OTA, agency, corporate and group enquiries.
• Support and guide colleagues with reservations procedures, systems and daily priorities.
• Assist with groups, quotations, RFPs, corporate opportunities and sales follow-ups.
• Monitor upselling and conversion opportunities and support a commercially focused approach within the team.
• Maintain accurate information across the PMS, CRM, Marriott systems and relevant third-party platforms.
• Ensure important booking, payment and inventory information is communicated effectively across the hotel.
• Represent the Reservations function in operational briefings when required and support the manager with departmental standards and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with strong hotel reservations experience who is ready to take greater ownership of the daily function.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong previous experience in hotel Reservations, Front Office, Groups or a similar commercial hotel role.
• Experience at Senior Agent, Coordinator, Team Leader or supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations, payments, cancellations and room inventory.
• Confidence coordinating priorities, checking standards and supporting colleagues.
• Experience handling complex or escalated booking issues.
• Good commercial awareness across groups, corporate business, upselling and enquiry conversion.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Confidence making day-to-day operational decisions and knowing when escalation is required.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS is highly desirable.

Experience with
Marriott systems, MARSHA, GXP, OTA extranets, CRM platforms and hotel revenue or distribution systems would be a strong advantage.

Previous experience within a Marriott-branded hotel and knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy would also be beneficial.
