• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality setting
• A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
• Strong organisational skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen culture
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (preferred)
