We are delighted to be working with one of Londons most distinguished luxury hotels to find an exceptional

Reception Managerto lead its talented Front Office team.

Set in the heart of Londonis a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel renowned for its personal approach to hospitality elegant surroundings and exceptional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic and confident Reception Manager who genuinely loves being on the floor engaging with guests and bringing the very best out of their team.

The Role

As Reception Manager you will oversee a team of 13 and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of Reception ensuring every guest receives the warm polished and highly personalised service expected within a luxury hotel.

This is very much a people-focused role. We are looking for someone with abig personalitywho can build an instant rapport with guests create memorable experiences and confidently lead from the front.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading motivating and developing a Reception team of 13
• Ensuring exceptional 5-star guest service throughout every shift
• Being a visible and engaging presence in the hotel lobby and at Reception
• Handling VIP guests special requests and guest queries with confidence and discretion
• Managing the daily Reception operation and ensuring consistently high standards
• Supporting coaching and developing your team
• Working closely with other hotel departments to create a seamless guest journey
• Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues professionally and positively
• Ensuring all Front Office procedures and standards are followed
• Using Opera confidently as part of the daily operation

The Individual

The ideal

Reception Manager will already have strong Front Office or Reception experience within a5-star hotel ideally in London.

Most importantly you will be a natural host. You should enjoy getting to know guests remember the little details and have the personality to make people feel genuinely welcome.

You will have:

• Previous Reception or Front Office management experience within a luxury hotel
• Opera PMS experience which is essential for this position
• Experience managing and motivating a Front Office or Reception team
• A warm outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• The confidence to lead from the front during busy services
• High standards of presentation and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
