For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a professional and guest-focused Doorman to deliver an exceptional welcome experience for our guests. As one of the hotel's most visible ambassadors, you will create memorable first impressions through warm hospitality, attention to detail, and impeccable service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage the hotel entrance and maintain a visible, professional presence at all times.
• Support VIP arrivals and contribute to personalized guest experiences.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and provide local directions when required.
• Collaborate closely with Concierge, Bell, and Front Office teams to deliver outstanding service.
