For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences and support the smooth operation of the Front Office in line with the hotels luxury positioning.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional and personalized arrival and departure experience.
• Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in line with luxury service standards.
• Provide personalized recommendations and expert knowledge of the hotel's services, local attractions and London's luxury lifestyle offerings.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
