For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Steward to support our Culinary and Food & Beverage teams. As an essential member of the operation, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene while contributing to exceptional dining experiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, operating equipment, and work areas to the highest standards.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring equipment is available and properly maintained.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist with waste management, storage areas, and the organization of stewarding facilities.
