The Room Service Manager supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns.
The Room Service Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.
