Tower Bridge and The Tower of London? The Tower Hotel is a 4 star deluxe Hotel overlooking the Thames, next to Tower Bridge. The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional and warm hospitality. In this position, you will help manage the kitchen team, organizing and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations and an extraordinary dining experience for our guests.

• Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
• Lead and support the team by delegating responsibilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
• Coach Chef de Parties on essential cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergen awareness, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Collaborate with the team to create a variety of dishes, showcasing your creativity and culinary skills across all kitchen areas, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering guest-centric dining experiences.
• A positive and adaptable approach, ready to respond to the dynamic needs of the kitchen and our guests.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead the team and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Attention to detail to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Ability to work alongside the team in a hands‑on capacity, demonstrating real culinary expertise and dedication.
• A commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced team members, helping them reach their full potential.
