We take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive. As a Luggage Porter, you will be the face of the hotel, offering a warm welcome, assisting guests with their luggage, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

• Greeting guests warmly on arrival/departure and assisting with luggage
• Opening doors, hailing taxis, and coordinating transport services
• Maintaining a constant, welcoming presence in the lobby and entrance area
• Monitoring guest access and flagging any security concerns
• Anticipating guest needs and offering proactive, thoughtful service
• Supporting the front office and concierge teams
• Building deep knowledge of local attractions, business locations, and events
• Managing luggage delivery, collection, and storage, plus messaging services
• Booking tickets for tours, theatres, and attractions
• Handling lost property postage, package deliveries, and admin tasks for the head concierge

• Confident, courteous, service-oriented demeanor
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and hotel services
• Physically capable of assisting with luggage and standing for extended periods
