We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Porter
, to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As

a Kitchen Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Take ownership of your area in line with the hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
To work with the stewarding management team in all matters of crockery & breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
To comply with maintaining food safety by ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.
To assist the department, you are allocated to work on the day & proactively support as required. To comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
