As a Lucky Voice Receptionist, you are the face of our venue and the first point of contact for our guests. You bring organization, high energy, and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organized and a natural communicator, you set the tone for the night, manage room bookings seamlessly, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations every shift.,

• Warmly greet and check in guests, managing room allocations and reservations efficiently.
• Handle incoming inquiries, phone bookings, and guest requests with exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with floor, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless guest flow and operations.
• Master a thorough knowledge of venue systems, private room packages, and food/drink offerings.
• Proactively identify and resolve front-of-house challenges to maintain a smooth guest journey.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic & driven Receptionist to join our Holborn venue! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

• You have at least 1 year of receptionist, front-of-house, or high-volume hospitality experience.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• You have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a confident, welcoming manner.
• You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
