The RoleBartender within Chelsea Football Club's premium hospitality areas
, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences at one of the most iconic venues in sport. Working across premium lounges, suites, and hospitality spaces, you’ll prepare and serve a range of premium beverages while providing outstanding guest service. You’ll help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience that reflects the high standards of Chelsea FC and Legends Global.
Prepare and serve premium beverages, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, and hot beverages, to consistently high quality and presentation standards.
Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and personalised service, creating positive interactions that enhance the guest experience throughout matchdays and events.
Recommend beverages and hospitality offerings with confidence, using strong product knowledge to maximise guest satisfaction.
Maintain an organised, well‑stocked, and immaculate bar environment while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house, kitchen, and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service and uphold the premium standards expected at Chelsea Football Club
Previous experience as a bartender within premium hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, sports venues, events, or corporate hospitality environments.
Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service.
A confident and personable approach, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume matchday environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.
A reliable, positive, and team‑focused attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and special events.
