Join the talented team at Scarfes Bar, one of London’s most celebrated cocktail destinations and currently ranked No. 31 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Inspired by the character and charm of a traditional drawing room, Scarfes Bar combines creative cocktails, live entertainment, and world-class hospitality in a truly unique setting. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

YOUR

ROLE

As a Bar Waiter, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, refined, and intuitive service. You will take ownership of your section, build genuine relationships with guests, and demonstrate expert knowledge of the bar’s offerings. Through your passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you will contribute to the success of Scarfes Bar while upholding the exceptional standards of Rosewood London.

HOW

YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Deliver exceptional and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations and creates lasting impressions.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the beverage and food menus, confidently making recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
  • Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure all service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Build strong guest relationships, respond to feedback professionally, and resolve any concerns with care and confidence.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout all front and back of house areas.
  • Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and service teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
