Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 21 days after one year
Probation Period: 4 months

Bennett Hay is looking for a friendly, flexible and customer-focused General Assistant to join our team within a corporate environment.
This is a varied hospitality support role where you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace hospitality operation. The role will involve general assistance across the site, with barista duties and wider hospitality support required over time.
You will play an important part in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a consistently high standard of service to colleagues, guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general day-to-day support across the workplace hospitality operation.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages as a Barista.
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service to colleagues, guests and clients.
- Support the wider hospitality team with daily operational tasks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service areas.
- Work flexibly across different hospitality duties according to business requirements.
- Assist colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and service partners.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional and friendly workplace environment.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality and enjoys working as part of a team.
You should have:
- Barista skills and an interest in coffee and beverage service.

Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but this opportunity is suitable for someone at entry level who has the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
