• You will provide exceptional, personalised service to Club Lounge guests, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience throughout their visit.
• You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club Lounge, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of hospitality across food and beverage service.
• You will maintain excellent presentation of the lounge environment, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, product availability and service standards are consistently upheld.
• You will proactively assist guests with food and beverage requests, replenish lounge offerings, and anticipate guest needs to enhance their overall experience.
• You will follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures while supporting colleagues and the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
• You will contribute to creating an exclusive and professional lounge atmosphere that reflects the brand's service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
