As a Reservationist at Hawksmoor, you’ll be right at the heart of the guest experience.

This isnot a desk-based role. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and supporting the floorteam to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of how we deliver warm, generous hospitality from the very first hello.

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently on arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service
• Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busyperiods
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams andthe kitchen
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone andemail with care and professionalism

• Naturally friendly, confident and great with people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment
• Organised, calm and able to think on your feet
• A reliable team player who enjoys being part of aclose-knit team
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
