, you will help ensure our guests experience the exceptional comfort and attention to detail synonymous with the Rocco Forte name. With your impeccable standards and eye for perfection — from a flawlessly made bed to a sparkling mirror — you’ll create an atmosphere of calm and luxury that allows our guests to truly relax. You’ll take pride in working independently while also contributing to a supportive, professional team, communicating with warmth, confidence, and discretion.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Clean and maintain rooms to the highest standards.
• Restock supplies and ensure amenities are in place.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
