• Hourly rate + tronc + holiday pay for every hour work
• Paid on a monthly basis
• Flexible on hours and availability - 0- 40 hour per week may be available

• Ready to start ASAP
• Previous experience working in a Night Porter role is desirable
• Hotel/Hospitality experience is desirable but a keen interest in customer service is more important for this role
• Confidence and motivation for working throughout the night is essential
• You will have keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team

• Welcoming guests in our Mayfair manner offering support with guest luggage
• Support early check outs by assisting with luggage, transport and additional requirements
• Prepare room service / cooking light meals from night menu
• Be confident in the geography of the hotel and accessing all areas
• Be confident with fire training and fire drill practices
• Ensure lobby and public areas are clean and well maintained at all times
• To communicate with the early Duty Manager on any ongoing encounters in the night
• Establish a courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude to all guests at all times
