As an Event Operations Manager at The Chancery Rosewood, you will play a pivotal role in bringing exceptional events to life. Reporting to the Director of Event Operations, you will oversee the seamless delivery of weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and high-profile functions. Combining operational expertise with intuitive leadership, you will ensure every event is executed with precision, creativity, and the personalised service that defines Rosewood's distinctive approach to luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Groups & Events, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and other operational departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all event spaces are prepared impeccably and in line with brand standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event hosts and VIP guests during events, anticipating needs and providing personalised, discreet service.
• Conduct pre-event and pre-shift briefings, ensuring teams are fully aligned on event requirements, service expectations, and operational priorities.
• Lead and motivate event service teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Attend and contribute to Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution across departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders to support successful event delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
