We want Full Time Bar Staff who are sharp, reliable, and thrive when the atmosphere turns electric. This is a full time role
, so we’re looking for people ready to commit fully to the pace, polish, and personality of House of Gods. You’ll help keep the bar running beautifully, deliver unforgettable service, and make every guest feel like they’ve stepped into something seriously special.

This isn’t a casual cover shift or a few hours here and there. This is a full-time bar role for someone who wants to be right in the heart of the action.

You are:

• Confident, organised, and calm when the orders start flying.
• Fast on your feet, unflappable under pressure, and obsessed with consistency and presentation.
• Experienced in bar, hotel, restaurant, cocktail, or fast-paced hospitality service.
• A master of multitasking, balancing drinks service, guest experience, stock awareness, standards, and team flow all at once.
• A confident decision-maker who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and leads from the front with calm, polished authority.
• A lover of full-time hospitality, polished service, big personality, and bar work that bites back.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering slick, stylish, full-time bar service across shifts, keeping pace, standards, and guest experience consistently high.
• Supporting the bar team to deliver service that feels seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.
• Managing bar setup, stock readiness, cleanliness, garnish prep, glassware, and service standards before, during, and after service.
• Owning drinks knowledge, hygiene standards, guest experience, and seamless coordination between bar, floor, and hotel teams.
• Keeping the energy high, the bar polished, the standards spotless, and the service running beautifully throughout every shift.
