We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support our bartending team and ensure our bar operates smoothly. As a Barback, you will play a key role in maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders with preparation and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar inventory, including glassware, liquor, and other supplies.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.

Help with the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and other bar essentials.

Collect and wash glassware, ensuring it is clean and ready for use.

Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Assist in delivering orders to tables and clearing empty glasses.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the bar area meets the highest standards of cleanliness.

Salary: £12.71 per hour + service charge
