You ll lead your housekeeping team to ensure we deliver clean, fresh rooms to our guests, by maintaining high cleaning standards, providing spotless rooms and public areas. You ll work alongside your team, helping with tasks like making beds and cleaning bathrooms when needed, reporting any damage, and ensuring everyone s safety.

• Have some prior experience working in hotels, as a housekeeping supervisor or a Head Housekeeper
• A good leader and motivator who can inspire others
• Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ready to roll your sleeves up and lead by example
• Train housekeepers & Supervisors on cleaning and maintenance tasks according to company standards
• Inspect rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and damages
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock, linen stock and rejects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
