As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guests staying with us. Your responsibilities extend beyond maintaining a tidy room; you contribute significantly to the overall guest experience. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of our establishment.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure the overall presentation of the room meets the hotel's quality standards.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and arranging each room to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
• Ensure all items in the room, including furniture and decor, are properly positioned and in good condition.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance when needed.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities, offering information and assistance to enhance the guest experience.

• Restock guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens, ensuring an adequate supply is always maintained.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to hotel security measures and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns promptly.

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
• This position involves working in guest rooms and may require exposure to cleaning chemicals. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
