The Steward plays a vital role in supporting the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet operations and Back of House areas within the hotel. The position is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation and equipment availability to support the delivery of luxury five-star service.
The Steward is expected to work proactively, demonstrate attention to detail and take ownership of maintaining a safe, clean and organized working environment while supporting chefs, Food & Beverage colleagues and fellow team members.
