As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.

We are seeking an exceptional Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue performance across two luxury hospitality properties in London
, ensuring optimal market positioning, pricing strategies, and sustainable growth.

• Develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify commercial opportunities.
• Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all sales channels.
• Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to optimize business performance.

Contribute to the successful positioning and commercial success of both hotels during their pre-opening and opening phases.

Previous experience in a Cluster Revenue Manager role or managing revenue strategy across multiple properties is highly desirable.

Proven Revenue Management experience in luxury hotels is required.

• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.
