ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will lead a front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional, consistent resident experience across reception and amenity spaces, setting the tone from first greeting to final follow-up. Youll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors and permits, uphold health and safety standards, and keep communication flowing between residents, site teams and managing agents.

A motivated, well-structured team delivering seamless cover, clear standards and warm, polished service. Immaculate reception and amenity spaces, with proactive maintenance reporting and swift follow-through. Robust H&S compliance, accurate logs and audits, and zero-tolerance for unsafe practices. Contractors and works coordinated with minimal disruption, clear permits, and transparent updates.

Clear SOPs embedded and continuously improved, with measurable service KPIs achieved or exceeded. HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Leading, coaching and scheduling a small team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Running the front desk, greeting residents and guests, and handling queries and complaints efficiently. Managing work permits, coordinating contractors and monitoring on-site works and standards. Conducting regular site walks, H&S checks and amenity inspections, escalating issues swiftly.

Maintaining records, incident logs and reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Reviewing and refining SOPs, supporting service improvements and onboarding new team members. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR Youre a natural host and calm operator who thrives in premium residential or hospitality environments. You bring a solutions mindset, balancing empathy with discipline to resolve issues fast. Youre organised and detail-focused, with strong follow-through and accountability.

You lead by example, set clear expectations and get the best from diverse teams. Youre confident using systems and data to manage schedules, logs and service reporting. EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS Supervising a concierge/front desk team in residential, hotel or corporate settings. Coordinating contractors, permits and planned works in a live operational environment. Managing complaints to resolution and communicating with stakeholders under pressure.

Conducting H&S checks, incident reporting and basic building systems awareness. Implementing or improving SOPs and training to uplift service consistency.
