Flight Operations Specialist (: J313) Location London Mon–Thurs office, Friday WFH Negotiable DOE Client
Our client is a fast-growing international private aviation business with operations across the UK, North America and the Middle East.
The roleThis is your chance to get behind the scenes of private aviation, coordinating international jet movements and making sure every detail runs smoothly from booking through to touchdown.
Prepare flight briefs and operational information
Monitor flights, delays and schedule changes
Liaise with operators, airports, FBOs and ground handlers
Arrange catering, chauffeurs and ancillary services
Support brokers throughout live trips
Resolve day-of-flight operational issues
Maintain accurate trip and CRM information
We're looking for someone who has:Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
Calm and logical under pressure
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Able to juggle multiple priorities
UK right to work without sponsorship
Aviation, travel, hospitality, logistics or operations experience is useful,
but not essential
A brilliant entry point into private aviation for someone with strong operational instincts. You don’t need aviation experience, but you do need to be sharp, organised and comfortable when plans change at 30,000 feet.
