We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Staybridge Suites London-Vauxhall

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will play an important role in the daily operation of our hotel, including:

• Supervising and supporting the breakfast team
• Preparing and serving breakfast to our guests
• Ensuring a warm, friendly and professional guest experience
• Making sure the breakfast buffet is well presented, fresh and fully replenished
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food presentation
• Taking responsibility for food safety, HACCP procedures and relevant documentation
• Monitoring allergens and ensuring correct procedures are followed
• Ordering food and monitoring deliveries
• Managing and organising the hotel pantry
• Carrying out regular stock takes and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Monitoring food waste and helping to control costs
• Preparing lunches and catering for hotel events when required
• Completing daily checks, records and operational documentation
• Supporting the training and development of breakfast team members
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
• Working closely with the wider hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a breakfast, food & beverage or hospitality supervisory role
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Has good knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Is confident supervising and supporting a team
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can work well in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Is friendly, approachable and enjoys interacting with guests
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
