We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the bar operations, curating an exceptional beverage program, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards and an inviting atmosphere.
• Curate and manage the beverage program, including creative and high-quality drink menus.
• Train and develop bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.
• Create and implement strategies to drive bar revenue and profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar staff role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
