We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time In room Dining Coordinator to join our team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities:

To answer all incoming calls into the In Room Dining Office, dealing with general enquiries and taking messages as appropriate.
To ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain The Connaught Richey standards and achieve total guest satisfaction adding to the guest experience.
To report guest complaints to In-Room Dining Manager or delegate immediately.
To co-operate with members of staff in other departments, especially back of house and Housekeeping to fulfil guests’ requirements.
To ensure 360 degree communication to provide consistent, intuitive service
To be a focal part of the development of a strong team culture and ethos which supports high levels of guest service delivery, effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Attend department/hotel training sessions and meetings as required. Fully support Connaught and Maybourne training initiatives at all times.
Be fully conversant with the Maybourne Employee Handbook and ensure that practice is adopted at all times.
