Are you an experienced people leader with exceptionally high standards and a passion for unforgettable customer experiences?

The London Palladium is proud to play host to a varied programme of live music, the world's leading comedy talent, prime time television shows and our legendary Summer Musical and Pantomime seasons; the Guest Experience Supervisor is an integral role in delivering this eclectic programme.

Our Guest Experience Supervisors, manage a specific level per show and are essential to ensure our guests are welcomed into a safe and secure environment. While leading and motivating the team to provide a service with the highest standards.

Working closely with the management team, you will:

• Set and uphold the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation across our front of house operations.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the bar and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Overseeing training of our Guest Experience Hosts.
• Champion innovation by suggesting creative enhancements to the front of house structure, tailored to different event types. Keeping open communication with the management team.
• React to guest feedback with a solutions-focused approach and elevate when necessary.
• Offer support to the Bar Supervisor, assisting with the coordination of daily bar operations including accurate till checks and cash-up.
• Provide coaching and 'check-ins' with the team to maintain high morale and performance.
• Deliver clear, confident communication across shifts—including briefings, handovers, and cross-departmental updates.
• Maintain full compliance with licensing laws, allergen awareness, hygiene protocols, and all health & safety policies.
• Contributing & taking proactive approach to our venue emergency procedures & operations

• Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality or live events setting.
• A passion for customer service and a drive to lead by example.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• An efficient approach when presented with fast evolving incidents.
• A natural team player who brings high energy, structure, and clarity to every shift.
• Well-organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

Salary: £17.81 per hour. 30 hours per week, across 6 days, Monday-Sunday.
