Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Dining experiences include seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and cocktails at the stylish Churchill Bar & Terrace.

• Deliver attentive, personalised service to guests, ensuring an exceptional bar and dining experience in line with 5-star standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food, beverage, and cigar offerings to confidently advise and enhance guest choices.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests promptly, and resolve any concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques across food, drink, and cigar menus.
• Support stock management by monitoring supplies, reducing waste, and maintaining well-presented service areas.
• Provide expert guidance on cigar selection and pairings, supporting guests with recommendations and service.
• Ensure the cigar humidor and service areas are maintained to the highest standards, including monitoring temperature and humidity.

We are looking for a passionate and service-focused individual with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering memorable guest experiences. Experience with premium beverages and cigars is highly desirable, along with the ability to upsell confidently, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain exceptional standards of presentation and service.
