Commercial Coordinator

Looking to take your hospitality experience in a new direction? As our Commercial Coordinator, you’ll gain a unique view of how the hotel operates commercially, working across teams to identify opportunities and turn them into results. It’s a varied role that will give you the chance to make a direct contribution to the hotel’s success, from driving revenue to enhancing the guest experience.

• Manage guest, client and group enquiries by phone and email
• Support group bookings, proposals and sales conversion
• Identify opportunities to upsell bedrooms, food & beverage and hotel facilities
• Maintain accurate reservations, bookings, rates and room allocations
• Build strong relationships with guests, clients and agents
• Work closely with hotel teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Provide proactive sales, commercial and administrative support

• Background in hospitality +1 year
• Computer literate
• Be a able to work individually and in a team
• Good customer service skills
• Problem solving
