The Opportunity:A luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for one of its sites in the Caribbean. Known for its thoughtfully crafted menus, exceptional service, and laid-back elegance
, this venue offers a relaxed yet refined dining and drinking experience.
We are looking for a dynamic Bar Manager with a strong background in the Caribbean, high-end resorts, or fine dining venues
. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive an elevated beverage program while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Oversee all aspects of the bar, from service standards to inventory management
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced yet sophisticated setting
- Curate and maintain a creative cocktail menu using high-quality ingredients
- Build strong supplier relationships and ensure cost efficiency
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest experience
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a luxury hospitality setting
- Caribbean experience is essential
- Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
- Expertise in premium spirits, mixology, and beverage cost control
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
