We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food using fresh, seasonal ingredients. What you'll be doing:
Running your own section during service. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our standards. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Supporting junior chefs and helping maintain a positive kitchen culture. Upholding excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
