We're looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a fantastic, food-led pub in South East London, close to Dulwich.

This is a pub with plenty of potential and a clear ambition to become a real destination within the local community - somewhere guests come for great food, genuinely warm hospitality and a reason to keep coming back.

The focus is firmly on quality food and elevated service, while retaining the relaxed, welcoming character that makes a great neighbourhood pub.

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading the team and working closely with the owners to continue establishing the pub within the local community.

You'll be a visible and hands-on leader, setting high standards across service, food and guest experience, while developing a team who are proud of what they do.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience running a quality, food-led pub or restaurant
• Is genuinely passionate about food, drink and hospitality
