A bit about what you will do...- Food and Beverage Assistants embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.
- Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
- Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
- Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
- Raising bills and taking payment.
- Clearing and re-setting tables.
- Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
- A smart and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
- Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
