Dedicated Cover Ambassador - Part-time

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable and customer-focused Dedicated Cover Ambassador to join our Rapport team in the City of London. As part of a supportive team of around 30 Ambassadors, you'll provide flexible cover across multiple front-of-house functions, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience for clients, colleagues and visitors.

In this varied role, no two days are the same. You'll support Ground Floor Reception, Client Suite Reception, Floor Management and Room Bookings, stepping in to deliver seamless cover during holidays and absences. Whether welcoming guests, coordinating meeting spaces, supporting events or ensuring workplace services run smoothly, you'll play a key part in delivering a five-star experience across a prestigious corporate environment.

This is a brand-new position designed to strengthen our dedicated cover team, working across Room Bookings, Events, Floor Coordination, Porter Services and Reception.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 21 hours per week (3 day per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, on a shift rota basis from 7 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM. Flexibility required Mondays and Fridays based on business needs)

Salary: £17,500 per annum
