We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Groups & Events Executive to join ME London. If you enjoy bringing people together, turning detailed plans into seamless experiences and delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Groups & Events Manager, you will coordinate group bookings, meetings and social events, working closely with clients and hotel teams to ensure every detail is delivered with care.

Your role

• Be the main point of contact for confirmed groups, guiding clients from the initial handover through planning, arrival and departure.

• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts for social events and meetings with fewer than 10 bedrooms.

• Coordinate accommodation, catering, meeting spaces and additional services, communicating clear requirements to all departments.

• Prepare and distribute event orders and group summaries, ensuring teams have the information they need to deliver a seamless experience.

• Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs and identify opportunities to enhance each booking through additional hotel services.
