• Day rate: £14.80 per hour
• Night rate: £15.30 per hour
• 8 month FTC, maternity cover

As a Day and Night Hotel Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest needs that might arise. It is a varied role- you might have to prepare some drinks, make a pizza, set up the breakfast service, make new reservations, answer the phone, cashiering, oversee security and health and safety, or even do some basic cleaning duties.

Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.

• Welcome and assist guests during night hours, addressing their needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Perform night audit tasks, including reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our property management system
• Set up the breakfast service
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare for the next day's operations
• Manage incoming calls and messages, relaying information accurately to relevant team members
• Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Adapt to various situations and perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
• Proficiency in property management systems, such as OPERA Cloud
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
