What youll do

As Pastry Commis Chef youll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

• You will be responsible for creating bespoke and delectable food which will reflect Alain Ducasse at The Dorchesters 3-Michelin stars.
• You will be assisting in day-to-day production of the pastry section to ensure the smooth running ofthe kitchen and you will be preparing dishes on a daily basis according to business requirement. This will include following all recipes and methods fromthe Executive Pastry Chef and Senior Pastry team having a basic knowledge ofclassic patisserie and refinement of pastry skills. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  
  Weekly hours consist of 5 dinner services from Tuesday to Saturday
