Hospitality Assistant

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £31,704.54 / £15.20 per hour

As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure that meeting rooms are set up and cleared in a timely manner and to a high standard
• Ensure the food is displayed is to the highest standard
• Ensure that areas of responsibility, including the hospitality pantry are always clean, well presented and well-stocked
• Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menus and allergens in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
• Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
• Covering the coffee bar and being a welcoming presence when clients arrive
• Event support including canape service, bar service and fine dining
• Cross training in other departments in order to provide cover where needed to ensure a smooth service for our clients

• Catering experience essential
