Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and personable Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Reception team and oversee the day-to-day running of the Front Desk. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for our Members and guests, ensuring the highest standards of service across daily operations, VIP arrivals and Club events.,

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Front Desk, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and professional service.
• Lead and support the Reception team, providing direction, coaching and guidance throughout service.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, guest lists, enquiries and reservations, ensuring every Member and guest receives an exceptional welcome.
• Maintain accurate Member information and reception systems, including Fourth, Seven Rooms and Salesforce.
• Work closely with wider Club teams to support daily operations, special events and seamless guest experiences.
• Build strong relationships with Members, recognising their preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Ensure Member information is handled accurately and with the utmost discretion.
• Support the training, onboarding and development of Receptionists, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate operational updates, events and Member priorities effectively.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, security and compliance, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
  With a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to lead by example, you will support the development of your team, build strong relationships with Members and ensure every interaction reflects the unique spirit of The Roof Gardens., Previous supervisory or senior Front of House experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or a Members' Club.

• Confident leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience with booking, CRM and workforce management systems, ideally Seven Rooms, Salesforce and Fourth, or similar.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve challenges effectively.
• Professionalism, discretion and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during key Club events as required.
