We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Host / Hostess to join our front-of-house team and become the welcoming face of Los Mochis.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression from the moment they arrive.

Working closely with the Restaurant Management team and front-of-house colleagues, you will manage reservations, coordinate guest seating, and help ensure the smooth flow of service throughout each shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys engaging with people while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations and guest enquiries efficiently
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximise guest experience and operational flow
• Maintain accurate reservation records and waitlists
• Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs
• Communicate effectively with restaurant management and service teams
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are presented to the highest standards
• Handle guest requests and concerns confidently and professionally

• Previous experience as a Host / Hostess or within a premium hospitality environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Current right to work in the UK
