As Restaurant Manager, you will lead a growing hospitality function, ensuring every client interaction is delivered with warmth, discretion and effortless excellence.
The Role
As the senior operational leader of hospitality within The Penthouse, you will oversee our lounge, suite and bar operations, setting the standard for service excellence across every client touchpoint. Working in close partnership with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping service strategy, refining operations and driving the continued evolution of our hospitality offering.

Other key responsibilities will include:

Alongside exceptional attention to detail, you bring strong operational expertise, with experience overseeing stock control, compliance, budgeting and service delivery. You are passionate about developing talented teams, elevating standards and creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their very best.
